“Yes it's a small store but friendly staff. My only complaint is their way of payment. If you pay with a card they ask for a tip amount. I would assume that this is just a default in the system, but the tip cup proves that they want a tip. I'm sorry but should we start tipping at their gas stations as well? Either pay your employees more or stop the tip cup/electronic tip request (all is possible).”
